Mom loved the Holidays! Years ago she and Dad would have a Christmas Party at our house which in later years became a smaller gathering of my high schools friends and their moms. Starting with Thanksgiving at Topsail Beach to the Moravian Love Feast at Calvary Moravian in WS to Christmas eve at my sister’s to Christmas morning at my brothers, the holidays were always a time for family and friends to gather and laugh and love.
This year she is celebrating with Dad and some of their friends once again, in Heaven. This gives me some consolation as I grieve and miss her this first Christmas without her physically with us.
You and Dad taught us how to celebrate the life of Christ at an early age and for that I am eternally grateful!!
